招一个女学生，独立卫生间。房间和卫生间都很宽敞，在二楼。
女主人在市公共图书馆工作，男主人是建筑公司主管，育有一子，8岁。我们都在这里毕业，对这里的生活，学习，工作非常了解。义务帮助过学生翻译文件，打预防针，送急症看医生。对学生不仅提供一日三餐和住宿，在生活上也尽我们最大力帮助他们。
我们英语交流也很顺畅，如果愿意提高英语，不仅可以与我们两夫妻练习，也可以与我们小朋友交流，他非常热心。
女主人父母已退休，帮助做饭，菜肴非常丰富。
地处北约克安静友好安全的好学区。附近学校，图书馆，社区，商场一应俱全，交通便捷。5分钟到汽车站直达地铁。所属高中是北约克著名的A. Y. JACKSON高中。附近亦有教会学校和贵族私立高中，比如Amberson High School （公交车15分钟左右到达）。Seneca College亦在附近。
如果入读康山区学校，比如Thornhill Secondary School，可以提供接送，离我家非常方便。
A very friendly family in a nice, quiet and convenient community. I work in a public library and my husband works in a home builder as a supervisor. We have a son of 8 years old and we live with our parents who both retired. My mom cooks very well that we never bother to dine out.
The room with private washroom is cozy and bright on the second floor. The whole house is spacious and comfortable. Easy access to public transit (5 min walking to bus stop), library, convenient store, as well as community center and close to Cummer Valley.
A. Y. Jackson High School and Zion Heights Junior High School are our home schools.
15 min to Amberson High School and Mindview Academy by one bus.
20 min to all schools on Yonge and Finch such as Alpha High School and Toronto High School, etc by one bus.
Also close to Seneca College, St. Joseph’s Morrow Park Catholic Secondary School, Tyndale University College & Seminary, and Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, etc.
