Semi-Detached House

Family of MPA students is a detached house nestled in prestigious Seneca Hill neighborhood where Seneca College is just across the street of Finch. This is a very mature, quiet and beautiful community. The whole house is newly renovated, with more than $100,000 upgrades on kitchen, hardwood floor throughout the whole house, sunroom, washrooms, blinds, furniture and decors, etc. The reason why we name it Family of MPA Students is that both students now living in the house attend MPA. We welcome new MPA students joining in this family, yet we welcome students of Seneca Hill Drive Public School or Seneca College as well, since both are just outside of the door : ). The owner of the house is an old Chinese couple who take care of the family members living in the house, both of them are retired. They are very nice and very sophisticated in making Chinese food, you are gonna love the homemade and healthy food at home. There are some highlights you may want to know:
